QUX.ME, JAKARTA - The Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) will deliver the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) to 616 ministries / institutions or the government at the central and regional levels.

Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB), Syafruddin, said the evaluation was not a place to find out who was the best.

Rather, it is aimed at spurring performance and service to the community through SPBE.

"It is not the intention to look good or not, but we have at least innovated innovations that have developed in the central and regional government apparatus. We provide rewards, so that all agency ministries with a number of 616 will be spurred," said Menpan RB Syafruddin during a press conference session before the evaluation presentation SPBE was started, at Bidakara Hotel, South Jakarta, Thursday (3/28/2019).

Syafruddin said that the importance of all institutional institutions is connected through electronic systems.

It was intended to accelerate the performance of public services.

"So if all the infrastructure is synchronized from all ministries of institutions and regional governments, it will certainly be very effective and efficient in aspects of control, supervision as well as accelerating performance and governance from the central and regional levels, because we can monitor all what is done and what is certain is that it leads to the acceleration of public services, "explained Syafruddin.

Meanwhile, Deputy for Institutional and Organizational Management of KemenPAN-RB, Rini Widyantini, explained that the evaluation was not measuring the technological sophistication of each institution.

"So it's not because the more sophisticated the application, the better, no. But it becomes an integrated one. The domain of policy is to measure aspects of internal policy, what kind of commitment do the leaders.

"Governance to measure institutional aspects and planning, so it really must be planned, so later in the SPBE Presidential Regulation there will be a name for the foundation for planning IT use in all government agencies," he added.
