A happy life

is supported by how we control our emotions so they don't become stressed. Usually stress arises because we expect too much of something and are not achieved so as to make a deep regret. Besides stress, there are also many other causes that make our lives unhappy. Well, but there are also many ways and tips so that we are always happy in living this life. Here are ways and tips for our lives to be happy.

1. Think positive

Worry can trigger excessive stress. Feelings of worry usually arise from being busy with "what if" scenarios and other bad things. This anxiety can suck up emotional energy, make the level of anxiety soar, and interfere with daily life. Familiarize yourself so that you always think positive. If this is getting used to your life will feel more enjoyable and happier.

2. A relaxed life

This life is always filled with problems that never stop. However, as humans who want their lives to be happy we need to get used to relaxing to face them all. Relaxing here can be interpreted also by being calm. Every problem has a way out.

3. Don't be jealous, envious, and greedy

Greed is as bad as jealousy and envy. You must be happy with what you have and not be jealous of what other people have. Greed, jealousy and envy will not make life better. If you are greedy, you won't get anything you don't want in this life because you will always worry about what you don't have in life. You must be happy with what you get in life.

4. Fast "move on"

Many people say that it is very important to remember things that you have done in the past so that you can have a guide for what life is going forward. In fact, history is nothing but the past. What has been done in the past has absolutely no role to play in the future. We have all done something or gone through situations that we are not proud of or like, which are part of life. Change your mindset, quickly "move on". If the mind focuses on negative things that have happened in the past, life will move in the negative direction. Your life moves in the direction of the dominant mind, so whatever you think and focus on is what life and emotions will follow. Instead of setting the focus of the future, you are trapped and think of all the negative things that have happened in the past.

5. Give thanks

Gratitude is the most important part if you want your life to be happier. Apart from making your life happier, being grateful for what you have now makes your body and mind always fresh.
